Return & Exchange Policy


If you aren't 100% happy with any item, simply return it!

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of your order date. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
  • Sadie Coleman does not pay for return shipping, unless it is for an exchange or a damaged product.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition (this includes make-up stains, deodorant, perfume, etc. from trying on clothes) with tags still intact.
  • Shoes must be returned unworn with the original, undamaged shoeboxes. Please place the shoeboxes within a proper shipping box when mailing them back. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted.
  • Items in the "Sale" section, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, sunglasses, swimwear, and undergarments are FINAL and cannot be returned. 
  • If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email through your account within three (3) days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. 
  • Refunds will be issued for in-store credit only. Please allow 10 business days to credit your Sadie Coleman account from the date we receive your return. Returns made during December and January may take up to 21 days to process.
  • Tracking numbers are recommended when shipping back your returns; we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in-transit.

We reserve the right to refuse items that have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to you and are subject to full shipping and handling fees. 



We can’t guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. As a result, we recommend that you purchase whatever else you like right away, and we will refund your credit card when we receive your returns up to the amount of the new purchase.
